Customer Review: Very Pleased With the Entire Experience

I recently had my windows replaced by Rusco Windows and I am very pleased with the entire experience. From the first consultation to the final installation, everything was handled professionally and efficiently. Our Sales Representative, Leo Acevedo, was excellent, knowledgeable, patient, and straightforward. There was no pressure, just honest information and helpful guidance. The installation team arrived on time, worked neatly and completed the job as scheduled. They cleaned up all debris, cleaned and washed the windows, and explained in detail all functions of the new windows. Overall, I highly recommend Rusco Windows and the service provided by Leo Acevedo.
